Returns & Refunds

At Redamancy Skin, we want you to absolutely love your bath and body goodies. Because our products are handmade and personal care items, we have a few guidelines for returns and refunds.
This policy follows your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which means you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair if a product has a major fault.

Your Consumer Rights
Under Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that they:
• Are of acceptable quality
• Match the product description
• Are safe to use
• Perform as expected

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major problem, such as:
• The item is unsafe
• It is significantly different from the description
• It has a fault that would have stopped someone from purchasing it
• It cannot be used for its intended purpose

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:
• A replacement item
• A refund to your original payment method
• Store credit

Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind on personal care items including:
• Bath bombs
• Soaps
• Lip balms
• Skincare products
• Body products

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
All ingredients are listed on each product listing and label.
As everyone’s skin is different, we recommend reviewing ingredients before purchasing. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless the product is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Handmade Product Variations
Our products are handmade in small batches, so slight differences in:
• Colour
• Weight
• Shape
• Scent strength
may occur. These variations are normal and not considered faults.

Heat & Bath Bomb Policy (Australia Friendly)
Warm Weather & Melting
Because we live in sunny Australia, some products (especially bath bombs, balms and butters) may soften or sweat during shipping in warmer months.
While we package items carefully, melting or softening during transit is not considered a product fault.

If this happens:
• Bath bombs can still be safely used
• Lip balms or body products can be placed in the fridge to firm back up

If a product arrives completely damaged or unusable, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll happily review the issue.

Return Shipping
If your item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
